Children's Services

For the week beginning June 11th.

Nitzanim: A Shabbat morning experience for families with children birth to four years old meets in Novakoff Hall from 10:45-11:45 am. Services will be led by Reena Schultz.

Mini Minyan: A Shabbat morning service for students in kindergarten through second grade meets at 10:45 am in the Library. Services will be led by Jeff Amshalem.

      Ricki Hollander, Sr. Research Analyst for CAMERA, will examine how the media is used as a battle front and how inaccurate and distorted characterizations of Israel and of events in the Middle East fuel anti-Israel and anti-Jewish prejudice. This presentation will not only analyze examples from the media, but it will also focus on strategies of how to respond when there are media inaccuracies and distortions. Admission is free of charge.
