The quality of our teaching staff is exceptional and is a very important ingredient of our program. Our current staff of eleven is made up of highly qualified teachers: each one has academic training, or a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in early childhood education. In addition, our teachers have many years of teaching experience and are trained and responsive to the developmental needs of young children. Our staff talk frequently with children and listen to children with attention and respect.

At least two qualified teachers are at the helm of each of the five classes. Each of the preschool groups has three teachers or is supported by one assistant teacher.
